Weddings at The White House Inn Our wonderful Greek revival home is an active bed and breakfast that provides a great setting for receptions, weddings, teas, and special getaways. Large oak trees shade the Victorian gazebo in the wedding garden. The bride enters the garden through the flower covered gateway where the wedding guests await her arrival. After the wedding service we have a beautiful area on the grounds that is ideal for a tented reception. The outside reception / wedding area has accommodated over one hundred guests in the past. My Wedding Day Package  Planned by the bride and/or her wedding planner.  Rental includes use of the Gazebo, lawns, parking, common areas inside including a rest room. The kitchen is available to your caterer who will be responsible for its clean up.  Price $160.00 per hr. plus $5.00 per person guest fee.  A scheduled rehearsal for the wedding party is charged at the wedding rate ($160/hr.).  Time begins with set up and ends after clean up and inspection. The Plantation Wedding Package  Wedding time: 3 hrs; including scheduled rehearsal time.  Wedding officiate  Your choice of a decorated inside or outside ceremony.  Changing room for the bride.  Wedding march and background music.  Total access to the property for your photographer.  Decorated reception table includes:  Keepsake toasting glasses with sparkling beverage for bride & groom.  Punch and punch bowl  Mints and nuts  Tableware  Bubbles  Wedding cake is the responsibility of the wedding party.  Price $625 plus $5.00 per person guest fee. Petite Wedding Package  Wedding time: 2 hrs; including scheduled rehearsal time.  Wedding officiate.  Your choice of a decorated inside or outside ceremony.  Wedding march and background music.  Changing room for the bride.  Total access to the property for your photographer.  Price $345.00 plus $1.50 per person guest fee.	Other Considerations  Kathy is available as either a wedding planner or director.  Tents and chairs are not provided in any wedding package.  Arrangements can be made for such rentals  Weddings that run longer than scheduled will be charged in half hour increments at the $150/hr. rate.  For the comfort and enjoyment of your guests, inside weddings are limited to 25 guests.  Ask about our decoration packages and other options.  Silk bouquets and boutonnières may be rented for $25 or purchased for $60.  Bridal suite available @ $120, other guest rooms @ $85 by reservation only.  A deposit equal to 1/2 the agreed upon charges is required at the time of reservation, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
